ISS after 10 years
Earlier this month there were two anniversaries connected with space exploration.

November 20th 1998 saw the launch of the first module of the International Space Station (ISS). In space it looked as shown above.
Now, 10 years later, with a large number of additional parts and equipment the ISS is much bigger and can be seen in the picture below. You can still make out the original, Russian-made, Zarya module at the heart of the structure.
