It became popular for a short while last week because it shows some of the effects in the newer Logitech webcam software. You can superimpose 'things' on a face which stay in place even when you move. Quite neat.
As an extra thought - always be careful about filming yourself and posting the results online. Why? Just look at those posters on the wall.
